A personal proposal from Barbara Bonds
Vickie, I have been in television for thirty years, and I do not get goosebumps on discovery calls. I got them on ours. You walked me through four decades of self-care, a healing journey most people could not survive, and a body of work built to help others do the same. Then you said one line that told me exactly what this show is: "In between what happened and what's possible." That is where your audience lives right now. So let's go meet them there.
You have forty years in self-care and wellness, and certifications in somatic coaching, breathwork, vagal toning, MAP, and Neuro Recode. You have a memoir with a Jack Canfield endorsement, a companion guide, Compass to the Soul, in editing, and more than sixteen ebooks. You have Bluella, a full journey of programs, and a vision for The Sanctuary Within.
And you told me the honest part: right now, people don't know you. You don't need more motivation. You need someone to get in, get to work, and build the thing that makes you known. That's the show.
Vickie, you don't speak from the wound anymore. You speak from what is possible, and you have earned the right to. When you walked into Crystal's hospital room, you were not the person you had been a year before. You created a sacred space and let her do her work. That is the authority no certification can give anyone.
People think grief has to be heavy, and nobody teaches them what to do with it. You do. You know how to slow down, how to get back into the body, how to make a home feel safe again, and how to begin again.
Your It Factor: You are living proof that a person can carry the unimaginable and still choose to live beautifully. And you can show people exactly how.
Every one of these came straight out of our conversation. Sit with them. Say them out loud. The right one will feel like yours.
Your own words, and the place your viewer is living when she finds you. It holds grief, transition, and every kind of starting over, so the show can grow as wide as Bluella.
The clearest promise of the three. It says exactly who the show is for and what it gives them, and it carries your name, which is what builds a speaker and an author.
It ties the show directly to the corporate program and the healing center you're building, so every episode builds the brand you'll take into companies and, one day, into a building.
The show opens with you: your story, your home in Miami, your day, your rituals. Then every episode gives the viewer something she can feel in her body before it ends. You don't just talk about calming the nervous system. You do it with her, on camera, together.
Grief doesn't have to be all heavy. It has to be honored.
Your story, and the practical, compassionate guidance nobody gave you. This is the lane people search for in their hardest week, and the lane that makes them trust you.
Breathwork, vagal toning, somatic work, and the Gentle Reminders. Short, guided practices the viewer does along with you. This is where she feels the difference, and where she wants more.
Mind, body, soul, and environment. Your home, your rituals, the energy sweep, the closet, the pause. This is where the show becomes a world people want to live in.
Warm, slow, and full of light. Morning sun, Miami green, soft whites. Calm editing that lets moments breathe. A sanctuary, not a grief show. Every episode moves through the same five beats, so your viewer always knows she's home.
A moment of recognition that tells her: this one is for you.
You, in your chair, sharing one piece of what you've lived and what it taught you.
A guided practice she does with you, right then. Your signature segment.
Your home, your rituals, and one small thing to try today.
One line to carry into her week, and the one gift that brings her closer.
Here's my producer's note, Vickie. You have built a beautiful journey, from Flow by Design all the way to the Chrysalis Journey. But a viewer who just met you can only take one step. If we show her six doors, she walks through none of them. So every episode points to the same next step.
She finds you on YouTube in the week she needs you most, and watches three more.
One free download under every episode, like Flow by Design or the Gentle Reminders list. Now she's on your list.
Your webinar becomes a regular invitation. She spends ninety minutes with you live.
Her first real commitment. From there, the Art of Living Beautifully and the Chrysalis Journey follow naturally.
And your ebooks finally earn their keep. Each one becomes a small paid download linked to the episodes it matches. A $10 or $20 "if you need help right now" offer that pays for itself and builds trust. We'll lock the exact path together in pre-production.
YouTube is the anchor of the flywheel. The show doesn't just promote your programs. It powers everything you're building: the stages, the books, the corporate work, and the center. You record once. The show distributes you everywhere and sells everything.
A mother in Ohio, three weeks after a funeral, searches for how to get through the first month. She finds your episode at 2am. She does the breathing practice with you and sleeps for the first time in days. She downloads the Gentle Reminders. She joins your workshop. She shares your episode with a friend who plans a women's wellness conference. A few weeks later, you're booked for the keynote. That's the flywheel.
Every episode is a free session with you. The Holistic Life Review is the obvious next step.
Event planners book people with shows. Your channel becomes your 24/7 speaker reel.
Your memoir and Compass to the Soul sell from every episode that tells part of the story.
Sixteen titles become low-cost downloads matched to the episodes that need them.
Corporate buyers watch before they call. The show is proof your work lands with real people.
Podcasts, PR, and television. A produced show is what gets you the next bigger seat.
Many of my clients' shows are directed entirely over Riverside, and they look beautiful. Yours could be too. But your work lives in the body and in the home: mind, body, soul, and environment. If you want the premiere that does your method full justice, I want to be standing in your home in Miami when the cameras roll.
I fly to Miami and we shoot your premiere together. We build the season, film the episode that introduces you to the world, and bank a content vault of footage we'll draw from for months: your home, your rituals, your practices, and Miami itself.
And I never show up without a plan. Before I get on a plane, we do the real work together on Zoom, so every minute in Miami is spent rolling, not figuring it out.
The same pre-production, the same story, the same director. I direct your interview and your practices over Riverside, set up like a reality-show sit-down, with you in your own space. If you'd like extra footage of your home and rituals, a local Miami camera operator can film from my shot list while I direct on Zoom, quoted separately.
What you give up: me in the room, the location scout, the cinematic content vault of your home and Miami, and on-set direction of your practices.
Pre-production in November and December, around your webinar and Phoenix. Your premiere shoot in December. Your premiere in January, the one month of the year when the whole world is ready to begin again.
Your show goes live with a premiere episode and a trailer already built. The first viewers find you, join your list, and start showing up for your workshop.
The Holistic Life Review fills from people who already trust you. Speaking inquiries and podcast invitations start arriving. People recognize you at events before you're introduced.
A proven show with a devoted audience opens the door to corporate contracts, the healing center, and a network or streaming pitch. You'll have the library and the proof.
Once we wrap in Miami, the show needs a steady rhythm. Pick the level that fits where you are right now. You can move up anytime as the show and the business grow.
Launching steadily while your programs find their footing. The Miami content vault keeps every episode looking big.
Weekly episodes are the pace YouTube rewards. This is where the flywheel really starts to spin.
When you want one team running the show and everything it feeds, so your only job is the work you love.
All monthly packages begin after your premiere and run on a 3-month minimum. Payment plans are always available at the same rate, with no premium charged. Local crew days and return in-person shoots are quoted separately.
Once we wrap, the show runs like a reality series. I direct every episode from Los Angeles, a local crew captures your world when we need it, and you capture the moments in between. You get a real production without paying for me to fly in every month.
I interview you for every episode on Riverside, set up like the confessionals you see on reality TV. Same look, same chair, every time. These interviews carry the story.
The breathwork, the vagal toning, the rituals. We plan each one together so it reads beautifully on camera and the viewer can follow along.
Quick phone videos: the morning ritual, the drive to Phoenix, the moment before you walk on stage. This is what makes the show feel alive, and viewers love it.
I come back for the big moments: season premieres, finales, and milestones, or we shoot when you're in California. We bank footage for the months ahead.

I'll send your agreement and first invoice through Backstage. Your signature and deposit lock in your Miami dates, and then I book my flight.
We start pre-production on Zoom. When I land in Miami, Day 1 is our scout and meet and greet. By Day 3, we're wrapping on your premiere.
Vickie, that's your line, from your own mission, and it's the best description of a great show I've ever heard. Something nudged you to call me after Rick's session. Something told me, the minute you came on screen in that green, that there was a light here.
Your story matches the light. Now let's give it a stage big enough for every person standing in the in between, waiting for someone to show them what's possible.
